Return & Exchange Policy

At JP Athletics, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Our return and exchange policy allows you to return for store credit or exchange any unworn, clean and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. All tags need to still be attached and not cut off. Whether you need a different size, color, or simply changed your mind, we've got you covered.

To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@jpathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. At this time return and exchange shipping is not covered by JP Athletics and is the responsibility of the customer. Please use whichever carrier you prefer and ship to: JP Athletics 11035 Lavender Hill Dr. Suite 160 #493 Las Vegas, NV 89135
  4. Package the item securely, including the packing slip inside and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return and exchange policy criteria.
  6. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a store credit for the item within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition or does not meet our policy criteria.

We have three items that are final sale items and will not be accepted for return or exchange: Victory Cut Crop top, Knockout Lounge Shorts and Vitality Unisex Hoodie. These items were manufactured without hangtags on them so it makes it difficult to tell if the item has been washed, worn or used. Thank you for understanding.
